Zyad Trading — Moving Goods. Connecting Worlds.
Who We Serve

From one pallet to a full vessel.

We do not have a minimum order that quietly excludes small businesses, and we do not treat large contracts as somebody else's job. What changes with size is the structure of the deal, not whether we will take it.

New Business & E-Commerce

Your first shipment should teach you something, not bankrupt you.

Most people who want to start importing stop at the same place: they cannot find a supplier who will take a small order, and they cannot get a straight answer on what the goods will actually cost by the time they arrive. We solve both.

Start with a small order

What you get

  • Trial quantities and shared container space, so you are not forced into a full container
  • Supplier verification before your deposit goes anywhere
  • Cost-per-unit worked out in advance, including duty and delivery
  • Private label, custom packaging, barcodes and marketplace-ready labelling
  • Someone to explain each step the first time you go through it

Established SMEs

You already import. The question is whether you are doing it well.

If you are buying through a middleman, clearing through an agent who does not answer, or paying more freight than you should because your suppliers ship separately, there is money on the table. We find it.

Review your current setup

What you get

  • Direct supplier relationships in place of layered intermediaries
  • Consolidation of multiple suppliers into a single container
  • Cleaner customs classification and fewer valuation disputes
  • Alternative origins when a current source gets expensive or unreliable
  • Predictable replenishment so stock arrives before you run out

Industrial & Large Scale

At volume, the structure matters more than the unit price.

For bulk minerals, stone, petrochemicals, machinery and project cargo, the difference between a good deal and a bad one is usually the Incoterm, the payment instrument and the freight structure, not a few cents on the goods.

Discuss a volume contract

What you get

  • Bulk, break-bulk and project cargo handling
  • Letter of credit and contract structuring with your bank
  • Port, border and corridor coordination as one plan
  • Third-party inspection and certificates of analysis
  • Long-term supply agreements rather than one-off purchases
Build Your Brand

We help new sellers become actual brands.

Buying a generic product and reselling it is a race to the bottom. Putting your name on something you specified, sourced and controlled is a business. The second one is not much harder than the first.

  1. 1

    Pick the product

We help you choose something with real demand, a workable margin and no regulatory landmines. Sometimes that means telling you your first idea is a bad one.

  2. 2

    Verify the supplier

We check the factory is a factory, confirm they can make your specification, and get samples into your hands before any money commits.

  3. 3

    Build the brand

Your logo, your packaging, your inserts and your barcode. The factory produces it. What arrives belongs to you, not to them.

  4. 4

    Land it properly

Shipping, duty, clearance and delivery, with the full cost known before you order. No surprise bill at the port.

  5. 5

    Reorder and scale

Once the product proves itself, we tighten the price, move you toward full containers and set a replenishment cycle.

E-Commerce

Selling online? We speak your language.

Marketplace sellers have specific problems: unit economics that only work at the right landed cost, packaging that survives a courier, and labelling that a fulfilment centre will accept.

Unit economics first

We work backwards from your selling price and fees to find the landed cost that leaves a margin worth having.

Packaging that survives

Retail packaging designed for courier handling, not just for a shelf. Damaged arrivals kill reviews.

Labelling and compliance

Barcodes, country of origin, safety marks and fulfilment centre requirements handled at the factory.

Restock before you run out

We track your lead time and flag reorder points, so a bestseller does not go out of stock for six weeks.

One honest thing before you start

Importing is not passive income and it is not fast money. Your first order will take longer than you expect, and something will surprise you. What we can promise is that you will know the real numbers before you commit, that we will tell you when an idea does not work, and that you will not be alone when a problem turns up. Plenty of people start with a small test order and build something real from it. That is the honest version, and it is the one we work to.

Whatever size you are, start the same way.

Tell us the product, the quantity and the destination. We will tell you if it works, what it costs and how long it takes.
