From Asia to Europe by road, through the shortest gate.
The corridor runs roughly 7,950 kilometres by road from Kashgar in western China to Istanbul, crossing Pakistan, Iran and Azerbaijan on the way. Gwadar Port sits on it. The Gabd-Rimdan border is only 90 kilometres away. That combination is why this route matters.
Schematic representation of the corridor. Distances are approximate and routing varies with cargo type, season and border conditions.
Every leg, end to end.
Twelve legs across five countries. The green leg is ours: Gwadar to the Pakistan-Iran border, the stretch that connects a deep-sea port to an international land corridor.

| Tabriz | Nakhchivan | 200 km | Jolfa crossing, Iran into Azerbaijan |
| Nakhchivan | Dilucu | 80 km | Sadarak, Azerbaijan to the Turkish border |
| Dilucu | Erzurum | 330 km | Via Igdir on the D.080, Turkiye |
| Erzurum | Ankara | 880 km | Turkiye |
| Ankara | Istanbul | 450 km | Turkiye |
| Total, Kashgar to Istanbul | 7,950 km | Approximate road distance | |
| Nakhchivan | Baku | 850 km | Branch, not part of the total. Via Iran through Jolfa, Tabriz, Ardabil and Astara. The direct route through Armenia is closed. |
Distances are approximate road distances compiled from published route and highway data, and they change with the route taken, road conditions and border status. Baku is shown as a branch because the direct road from Nakhchivan into the rest of Azerbaijan runs through Armenia and is closed, so the through route to Turkiye leaves Azerbaijan at Dilucu. We confirm real transit distances and times on your quotation.
A port and a border, 90 kilometres apart.
Most trade corridors have one or the other. Having both this close is what lets cargo land from a vessel and be across an international border in the same week.
Gwadar Port
Balochistan, Arabian Sea
A deep-sea port with direct access to the Gulf, East Africa and the main east-west shipping lanes. Container, bulk and break-bulk cargo all move through it, and our head office is minutes away on Airport Road.
- Deep water suitable for large vessels
- Container, bulk and break-bulk handling
- Direct connection onto the road corridor
- Alternative routing via Karachi and Port Qasim
Gabd-Rimdan Border
Pakistan-Iran land crossing
Reached on the Makran Coastal Highway, about 90 kilometres west of Gwadar. It is the shortest formal road gateway between Pakistan and Iran, and the entry point to the corridor running north through Zahedan, Kerman and Tabriz.
- About 90 km from Gwadar on the coastal highway
- Shortest formal Pakistan to Iran road gateway
- Transit paperwork and carrier handover on site
- Onward routing to Azerbaijan and Turkiye
Safer routes. Stronger trade. Shared prosperity.
Five nations, one road. The case for the corridor is not sentimental, it is arithmetic: shorter distance, fewer handovers, lower cost per tonne.
TIR-Oriented Corridor
Structured for sealed multi-border truck movement, cutting repeated inspection and delay.
Modern Border Facilities
Upgraded crossing infrastructure at Gabd-Rimdan and along the corridor.
Port-Land Connectivity
Sea cargo landing at Gwadar transfers straight onto the road corridor west and north.
Economic Growth
Shorter routes mean lower landed cost and new markets within reach for regional business.
A Greener Tomorrow
Direct routing cuts distance, fuel burn and emissions per tonne moved.
People & Prosperity
Five nations, one corridor, and shared benefit for the communities along it.

We sit on the part of the route that matters most.
Gwadar, the coastal highway and the Gabd crossing are the segment where sea freight becomes land freight. That is our home ground.
Gwadar
Our Gwadar office sits beside Pakistan's deep-sea gateway on the Arabian Sea. This is where sea freight, port handling and customs documentation are coordinated, and where the Gabd-Rimdan land corridor into Iran begins.
Gabd / Rimdan Border
The Gabd-Rimdan crossing sits about 90 km west of Gwadar at the end of the Makran Coastal Highway and is the shortest formal road gateway between Pakistan and Iran. Our border desk handles cross-border truck movements, transit paperwork and Iranian carrier handover.
Gujranwala
Gujranwala is Pakistan's industrial heartland for engineering goods, fans, sanitary ware, textiles and food processing. Our Punjab office handles export sourcing, factory audits, consolidation and nationwide distribution of imported cargo.
