Enquiry & Consultation
You tell us the product, quantity and destination. We come back with feasibility, an indicative cost and any regulatory issues we can already see. No charge and no obligation.

Sourcing & Quotation
We identify and verify suppliers, collect samples if needed, and issue a written quotation showing product cost, freight, duty and charges. You see the landed cost, not just the goods price.

Agreement & Payment Setup
We confirm the specification, Incoterm and delivery schedule in writing, then set up the payment route with your bank: letter of credit, telegraphic transfer or another compliant channel.

Production & Inspection
The order goes into production. We follow up on progress and inspect against the approved sample before the balance is released, with a written photo report to you.

Export Clearance & Loading
Goods are packed, documented and cleared for export at origin. Container stuffing or truck loading is supervised and photographed.

Transit by Road or Sea
The shipment moves on the agreed route: sea freight into Gwadar or Karachi, or road across the Rimdan border and along the corridor. You get transit updates at each milestone.

Customs Clearance
We file the goods declaration, pay duties and taxes, attend examination and resolve any queries. The delivery order is collected and the cargo released.

Delivery & Aftercare
Final delivery to your warehouse or customer with proof of delivery. We close the file with a full cost summary, and we are here for the reorder.
