Zyad Trading — Moving Goods. Connecting Worlds.

Import & Export

We act as the principal trading party or as your appointed agent, taking a shipment from supplier contract through to delivered goods. That covers the commercial paperwork, the border, the transport and the money.

Get started

Tell us what you need and we will come back with a costed, realistic answer.

How we structure a trade

Every deal starts with a written scope: product specification, quantity, origin, delivery point and the Incoterm. From there we quote a landed cost so you know the full number before committing, not just the price on the supplier's invoice.

Documentation you can bank

We prepare and check the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or CMR, certificate of origin and any product-specific certificates. Clean documents are what keep cargo moving at the border and what keep your bank comfortable.

Regulatory compliance

We work to Pakistan Customs requirements, State Bank of Pakistan trade regulations and the import rules of the destination market. Restricted or licensable items are flagged before you order, not after the container sails.

What this includes
  • Import of stone, food, chemicals, machinery and consumer goods
  • Export of Pakistani rice, textiles, salt, surgical goods and produce
  • Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin preparation
  • Incoterms guidance from EXW through to DDP
  • A single point of contact from purchase order to delivery

Not sure this is the right service?

Describe the problem rather than the solution. We will tell you which part of what we do actually applies, or whether it is something we should not be taking on.
