Privacy Policy

Zyad Trading is an import, export and logistics company based in Pakistan, with offices in Gwadar, Balochistan and Gujranwala, Punjab. This policy covers the website at zyadtrading.pk and any enquiry you send us through it.

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit the quote form or the contact form, that is:

• Your name, and your company name if you provide one
• Your email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• Your country, if you provide it
• Details of your enquiry: the service, product, quantity, origin, destination and anything you write in the message
• The IP address the submission came from, and the time it was sent

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not run third-party analytics scripts, and we do not set cookies for marketing. The site does not require you to create an account.

We use your information for these purposes only:

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• To carry out a shipment or service you have asked us to perform
• To meet legal, customs, banking and tax obligations connected with a trade we handle for you
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can pick up a conversation where it left off

We record the IP address and time of a submission for one reason: to limit automated form spam. It is not used to profile you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only where it is needed to do the work you have asked for:

• Suppliers, carriers, warehouses and partner companies who need shipment details to perform their part
• Customs authorities, port operators and banks, where the law or the transaction requires it
• Our email provider, which transmits enquiry notifications to our own inbox

Because our work is cross-border, information connected to a shipment may be shared with partners or authorities in Iran, China, Turkiye, Azerbaijan or another destination country. We share the minimum needed for that shipment.

Enquiries that do not become business are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Records connected to a completed shipment are kept for as long as customs, tax and commercial law require, which in Pakistan is generally at least six years.

The website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry data is stored on a private server and access is limited to the people in our team who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we do not keep information we do not need and we do not put it anywhere it does not need to be.

Please do not send bank details, identity documents, passwords or payment card numbers through the website forms. If a transaction needs those, we will tell you the correct and secure way to provide them.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your enquiry, where we are not required to keep it for legal or commercial reasons
• Stop contacting you

Email info@zyadtrading.pk and we will deal with it. There is no charge.

This site links to external services such as Google Maps and WhatsApp. Once you follow one of those links you are on their service and their privacy terms apply, not ours.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
